Ginger and Nettle Tonic
450g Ginger
a big handful of dried nettle leaves
1 l water
350g Raw Honey
2 lemons
Peel and chop the Ginger into 1cm thick slices.
Slice the Lemons
Place it into a big pan with the water, nettle and lemons and simmer on low heat for 15-20 min.
Sieve the ingredients away and place the decoction into a clean pan. Allow to cool and blend with the honey, then bottle..
